The Abat GAKO-80/2N-Ch-00 gas contact processing apparatus is designed for preparing dishes from meat, fish, vegetables by direct contact with a hot cast-iron surface, either independently or as part of technological lines in canteens, restaurants, cafes, food courts .

Works on both natural and liquefied gas.

The frying surface consists of two burners measuring 394x648 mm each.

One of the burners has a smooth surface, the other has a grooved surface.

There are two trays for collecting oil on the front panel.

The set includes two removable nozzles for liquefied gas.

Height-adjustable legs.
