The bread slicer AHM-300A is capable of slicing loaves and pan bread up to 380 mm long and up to 160 mm wide. Productivity based on slice thickness:
5 mm – 100 loaves/hour
10 mm – 160 loaves/hour
15 mm – 220 loaves/hour
20 mm – 300 loaves/hour.
The cladding is made entirely of painted metal.
A special knife provides cutting of both day-old and fresh (soft) bread.
